Section 1 – “Zen Zone” Library Policy

reVerve Library under Zen Zone section offers meditation and hypnosis MP3 audios, and wellness programs exclusively designed for reVerve from experts in the field of wellness, meditation and hypnotherapy. Usage and listening to the audios require you to be 18+years old and require to register your e-mail account and to create a username/password in conjunction with your E-mail address so you can listen to your recording/audios/programs at any time by logging into you account.

Refunds or Replacements cannot be claimed for any period during your use of the Library.. Buying the recording/s will not give you the right to own it, share it, copy it. By buying the recording, you will have access to listen to it at anytime the website is operating.

Copyright & License:

By using the audios, you agree that reVerve shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind.

All title and copyrights in and to the Library referred also as Zen Zone, audio (s) /recording (s) or program (s) are owned by reVerve. Usage of the audio is licensed to you for the term of your use of the it and not sold to you. Your right to use the audio is personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive.

You may not delete or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice on the any part of the audios. You may not decompile, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reproduce the audios. You may not rent, lease, or sublicense the audio, create derivative works based on the audio or otherwise commercially exploit the audio.

Account Information & Security:

When registering for your account, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself. And to promptly update such information as necessary in order to ensure that it is accurate and complete. Any password used for this site are for individual use only. You will be responsible for the security of your password.

You are prohibited from using any services or facilities provided in connection with this site to compromise security or tamper with system resources and/or accounts. The use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security (e.g., password guessing programs, cracking tools or network probing tools) is strictly prohibited. If you become involved in any violation of system security, reVerve under Reverve FZE LLC reserves the right to release your details to system administrators at other sites in order to assist them in resolving security incidents. reVerve reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms. reVerve reserves the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting any e-mail messages, or publishing or otherwise making available any materials that are believed to violate these Terms. By accepting this agreement you waive and hold harmless reVerve from any claims resulting from any action taken by reVerve during or as a result of its investigations and/or from any actions taken as a consequence of investigations by either reverve or law enforcement authorities.

Availability of the Program

Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the Library (audio, recording, program) will meet your requirements and we cannot guarantee that the operation of the audio will be fault free. If you notice any technical issues with the recording/audio, please report it to us at connect@revervetherapy.com and we will make our best efforts to address the issue as soon as possible. Your access to the Library (ZEN ZONE) may be occasionally restricted to allow for regular maintenance or the introduction of new features or versions.

Medical Disclaimer

reVerve's Library is a provider of online meditation-related content in the health & wellness space. We do not provide medical or psychological advice. Although there is substantial research demonstrating the benefits of meditation and self-hypnosis audio, we make no claims or guarantees that this will be the case in any individual circumstance through the use of the Program. Any user experiencing medical or psychological issues should consult their doctor. Any advice or other materials contained in the recordings are intended for general information purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice or treatment based on your personal circumstances. The recordings should not be used while operating a vehicle, machinery, or in any situation where your full attention is required for your safety.

The Terms Self-hypnosis, hypnotherapy, hypnosis audio means to only help you reach a relaxation state where you are completely in control and aware of it. There is no other purpose at any stage. Noting that this is a natural way of relaxation with no side effect of any mental, or physical damage.

In connection with the use of the audio you shall abide by all applicable federal, state or local laws, including those pertaining to such areas as libel, slander, defamation, trade libel, product disparagement, harassment, invasion of privacy, tort, obscenity, indecency, and copyright and trademark infringement (“Applicable Law”). The audios includes intellectual property that is protected under the copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws of the United States, Canada and/or other countries (“Intellectual Property Laws”). Such Intellectual Property Laws generally prohibit the unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exhibition of all text, photographic and graphic (art and electronic) images, music, sound samplings and other protected materials. The violation of applicable Intellectual Property Laws may give rise to civil and/or criminal penalties.

Except as expressly provided, nothing herein or within the audio shall be construed as conferring any license under any of reVevre’s or any third party’s intellectual property rights, whether by implication, waiver, or otherwise. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that certain content available through and used to operate the audio, including, without limitation, the Applications and the Website, are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights of reVerve, licensors, and/or service providers. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the rights granted to you herein are expressly made subject to full and strict compliance by you with any and all of the provisions of these Terms and applicable Additional Terms, including, without limitation, full and strict compliance with all of the following limitations: you undertake, acknowledge and agree that you shall not, and shall not allow any other third party, to: (a) remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice or disclaimer (each, a “Notice”) from the audio; (b) make a use of the audio for any purpose other than the purpose for which such intellectual property is made available to you; (c) modify, copy, adapt, translate or create derivative works, of any kind whatsoever, of the Program/audio or any components used in connection with the Program; or (d) reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the audio or any components used in connection with the Program.

Submitted Content & Postings

You are responsible for the content of any information you post publicly to, or by way of, the Program, or otherwise submit (“User Content”). You hereby grant to Breethe, the non-exclusive, unrestricted, unconditional, unlimited, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, and cost-free right and license to use, copy, record, distribute, reproduce, disclose, sell, re-sell, sublicense (through multiple levels), display, publicly perform, transmit, publish, broadcast, translate, make derivative works of, and otherwise use and exploit in any manner whatsoever, all or any portion of your User Content (and derivative works thereof), for any purpose whatsoever in all formats, on or through any means or medium now known or hereafter developed, and with any technology or devices now known or hereafter developed, and to advertise, market, and promote the same. However, reVerve reserves the right to review any User Content that is or becomes available via the Program. reVerve reserves the right to remove any User Content that, in reVerve’s sole discretion, is illegal, violates third party rights, is inconsistent with the nature and purpose of the Program, or is otherwise inappropriate, however, reVerve has no obligation to exercise such reservation of rights.

User Content submitted by you or others need not be maintained by us for any period of time and you will not have the right, once submitted, to access, archive, maintain, or otherwise use such User Content on the Program or elsewhere.
