We want to ensure that your experience is joyful at REVERVE. We will gladly accept returns within 7 Days of purchase for a full refund.
We currently do not offer free returns, customers will be responsible for the return shipment cost that might vary depending on the location and areas of destination.Taxes/clearance will be deducted if applicable.
In case the item/s you receive are not matching your expectations, we will happily assist you to return your order. Be sure to have your order number and email address ready.
Please note that we DON’T EXCHANGE but once the item/s are approved to be returned, we refund within the following conditions:
- Item/s should be returned within 7 days of purchase in order to be eligible for a refund.
- Item/s should remain in their original garment packaging, returned with the tags on and in the bag they were shipped in.
- All accessories as the Eco-Flow Mat are non-returnable.
- Items bought as sets are only eligible for return as a set.
- We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach your bank account, depending on your banks processing times.
- Products purchased during sale events are not eligible for return.

To return your items:
1. Send us an email at connect@reverveactive.com noting your order number, the item/s or set you wish to return and one of our customer services will get back to you within 48 hours.
2. Once approved, the team will arrange for the collection of the return item/s as soon as possible.

UAE Deliveries
Dubai: For 4hrs same day delivery the cut-off time is 4:00 PM - orders placed before 4pm will be delivered within 4 hours. For Next-Day Delivery, Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
Other Emirates: Next-day delivery applies for all orders placed before 6:00 PM.
